Owner/Operator Shawn Marquard is the great grandson of John Marquard of Marquard Homes, a long time fixture in Cleveland home building going back to the 1900’s. And it is Shawn’s mission to continue the family tradition of quality craftsmanship that stands the test of time and your families everyday use.
